1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and qq1211 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the qq1211.win website, the qq1211 mobile app, and all services provided by our platform.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the qq1211 platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms contained in this document and all other policies referenced herein, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours.

2Account Eligibility and Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and use the qq1211 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Reside in or access the platform from a region where the use of this service is legally permitted.

• Hold a valid bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.

Qq1211 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be terminated immediately and all remaining balances will be forfeited.

3Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) qq1211 account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without refund of any remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, email address, and bank account details. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension or termination.

Identity Verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal or when requested by qq1211. Documents required for KYC include:

• Copy of Malaysian identity card (MyKad) — front and back.
• Proof of bank account ownership (bank statement or screenshot from a banking app).
• A selfie holding your identity card if requested by the security team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Never share your login credentials with anyone. qq1211 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

Qq1211 accepts deposits via multiple supported payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players:

• Local Bank Transfer (FPX) — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and more.
• Digital Wallet — Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay.
• Internet Banking — Via the secure, encrypted FPX portal.

Minimum deposit amount: RM 30 per transaction. No maximum daily deposit limit is set, however transactions exceeding a certain amount may require additional verification.

Qq1211 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose separate charges independent of our platform.

All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes within the qq1211 platform only. Any attempt to use the platform as a money transfer facility is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5Withdrawal of Funds & Eligibility Requirements

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed and passed the full KYC verification process.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or digital wallet used for the deposit.
• Any bonus received must meet the wagering (rollover) requirements before a withdrawal is permitted.

1. Each account is eligible to claim each bonus once only unless stated otherwise.

7General Game Rules

All games on the qq1211 platform use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). The Return to Player (RTP) value for each game is publicly displayed and can be reviewed by players.

General rules applicable to all games at qq1211:

• Confirmed and submitted bets cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Wins are automatically credited to your account balance as soon as the game round is complete.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, qq1211 will review the game logs and make a decision based on valid server records.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in games is prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of wins.

8Player Responsibilities & Conduct

Qq1211 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred during gameplay, including loss of betting funds.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from use of the platform.
• Game results generated by a certified and properly functioning RNG.

In cases where qq1211 is found liable, our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Account Suspension & Termination

Qq1211 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Multiple account registration.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting qq1211 customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned after the standard security review process is completed.

12Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

Qq1211 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Qq1211 will endeavour to notify players of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notifications, though this does not constitute an absolute obligation on our part.
